In the last several weeks I have received several messages concerning
rumors on our alleged violation of securities regulations in the
province of British Columbia and elsewhere.
Such rumors are spread by our competitors in order to discredit us in

We have filed for adjournment of the hearing in front of the BCSC, and consequently the hearing was rescheduled to April 7th, 2010. We have retained counsel in the province and during the time allotted to us, we will do everything possible to obtain relevant registration under BCSC securities act.
I want to assure you that we are a duly registered and licensed
investment firm, licensed by the government of Cyprus. A copy of our
license is attached hereto.

Isi nya berupa penjelasan bahwa pemberitahuan bahwa ada berita miring terhadap GeniusFunds. Banyak sekali yang ingin menjatuhkan GeniusFunds.
Ingat dengan BCSC (British Columbia Securities Commission), GeniusFunds menurut email yang saya dapat ini akan mengadakan rapat dengan BCS.
